Joshua Stephen is a seasoned real estate investor and the founder of JMS Investments, a commercial real estate investment firm based in San Diego, California. With a keen eye for identifying untapped opportunities in the market, Joshua has built a reputation for his expertise in ADU development and turning around underperforming multifamily properties.

Before transitioning to real estate, Joshua was a professional baseball player. Drafted out of high school in 2016 by the Philadelphia Phillies, he spent six years in the Phillies' minor league system, ultimately making it up to Triple-A. After a successful athletic career, he retired in 2022 to focus on his passion for real estate investment.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joshua is passionate about real estate education and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others. He is dedicated to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to ensure JMS Investments remains at the forefront of the commercial real estate sector.
